The hotel is under renovation. How did they get the permission to run the hotel. Rooms are small. No room service. They don't clean the room everyday until we ask them. 2 small water bottles a day that also after you ask for the same. Asked for a receipt and got it without explanation why money was deducted. The cost to live in this hotel is very high. With no proper services. Avoid staying.

Location is good and closer to jfk. Did not have food from the hotel. Ms. Rae at check in was extremely helpful in proper guiding.

I learnt about renovation on check in and I get what comes with it. But smelling elevators and food hall…. and worse the food, atrocious!!! Room is clean though.

The reception took for ever to check in. The corridors seemed untidy. Breakfast wasn’t great. The shuttle service left few minutes earlier than 930. Overall ii wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms were nice & clean. The washroom was very clean & very well lighted. None of the hotels had the facility of well lighted washrooms.

I had done the booking through makemytrip but when my daughter reached property at 12 midnight they said they did not work with makemytrip so she had to book urgently by paying double. Finally after complaining hotel said they would refund but had not done so even after the 5 business days. Now they are saying they don’t know what the issue is.

The checkin process took more than 15 minutes due to cards not working at hotel and post insistence and certifying the usage of cards across other business units, they tried again and it worked, although I was made to stand for no fault of mine. The rooms are also not modern and lacks the ambience that’s expected from Radisson group. Overall a bad experience at this property.

Located near JFK airport. They have Bus shuttle service to pick up from the Airport. Rooms are good in size. Old property around 30 years old. Needs renovation. Came to know that they are getting renovated. Overall good for first-time traveller. Q40 Bus service just opposite the hotel takes you to Sutphin BLVD from where you can go anywhere in NYC by subway. Hence Radisson Blu JFK is best Hotel for first-time travellers. But property needs renovation. Overall good experience.

In short it was an okay stay. Proximity to Jfk with free shuttle is the plus point, otherwise nothing much to write about. The Hotel is kind of old. Food was bad. Will I stay again? I don't know.
