    Average hotel for family vacation stay

    Stayed here with family for our planned vacation in orlando in jun e 2024. Good location and decently large facility but no personal touch. The staff's ability to handle the large volume of guests was clearly lacking and showed up. Though they did try their best but really service was not what i have recieved in other hotels of hyatt. Good location for visiting the disney parks and good helpdesk to manage tickets etc at the front desk which is helpful. But poor maintenance and breakfast service was clearly overwhelmed with the number of guests. Overall a 5 on 10 rating from me.

    It was very good time spend with you, we enjoyed all 7 days, all activities places is very near by also very good staff available for disney and universal studio
