I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and I had no issues checking in. This was my first hotel stay so I'm very glad it wasn't complicated. The free breakfast was very nice and they had plenty of channels to scroll through on tv. Besides that I'm especially happy that the rooms come with a microwave and a mini refrigerator. Overall a very good stay
Close to many stores, the little town and Oneonta College.

brian.friendsNov 18, 2024 Check in receptionist was rude and not friendly. No 'thank you', or 'welcome to the hotel', or 'enjoy your stay'. The room was extremely dirty. Food crumbs on the floor, especially under furniture. The TV stand/dresser was caked with dust. No accommodation for hunters for the hunting season. Breakfast wasn't available until 6:30. Parking was nice and easy. Plenty of carts for our gear and bags to carry to our room.
Near Franklin Mountain for the hawk watch. Great breakfast, nice fireplace in the lobby. It was excellent.
Could do a better job keeping people from smoking weed on the property!

Comfortable and affordable
The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. I was disappointed that the bar wasn’t open and that that they don’t have an elevator.
Nice room with a delicious free breakfast with beautiful views of the hills. Beds were super comfortable and we really enjoyed having a Keurig.
