Location is nice, close to the ocean, tourist facilities, public transport, very walkable, though a wee bit un crowded at our days

Nice Hotel near fisherman Wharf

Nice Hotel with good rooms and very good staff behavior, greatest advantage is near the Fisherman's Wharf and other visiting places, good breakfast options for nonvegetarians but limited for vegetarians and no change in the menu, everyday same. Only thing it does it have in-house restaurant, so after breakfast, you are on your own they don't provide lunch and dinner. But very good Indian restaurant nearby is Chennai kings which provide veg as well as non-veg food.

Basic property with decent amenities, if you're looking to explore SF city. Walking distance from Pier 39, Ghirardeli Square and the amazing little Italy neighbourhood.

Location was fantastic, spacious rooms and good breakfast. The room was big and spacious. Friendly staff. Overall, a good experience.

Hotel is good, but the persons on the reception were very rude and kindless, they were even forget the smile behaving like machines. On 26th October/14 I was checked in as my stay was prepaid by my travel organiser, It was not required to pay any amount, however while check in, they had taken $50 from Debit card towards the security deposit but while on chek out (28 th Oct) they did not reversed money back even after my repeated requests. The receptionist was not even ready to listen on the issue. Still $50 has not reversed to my account and that amount is still with hotel.
