Mostly great place to stay. The pullout couch/mattress was terrible. Thin, beat, uncomfortable.
Room was very clean. Great water pressure. Regular bed was very good with nice pillows. Hotel itself looked very clean. Nice grounds. Good walking trail nearby. Decent kitchenette.
Biggest complaint was the chlorine smell from the pool in the whole downstairs. If that wasn’t so powerful, I’d probably give 5stars.

The only room available was a handicapped room, and the open shower was a tad grimy near the grout. The room was a tad shabby but clean enough. The area was close to town, which was great, a little desolate when driving at night.
katie.partnerNov 12, 2023 Unruly amount of children running aimlessly all over the entire hotel, so much so we felt we HAD to complain to the desk to get them to stop running up and down every hall, with no resolution from complaints. Enjoying my Husbands Birthday here for the night and couldnt relax in the hot tub due it being full of children that were very under the age limitation posted. Absolutely unwelcoming staff and environment. Kids were still loud and obnoxious with no parental or staff control to be found the next morning.

Hotel was in excellent condition with very spacious rooms. Gary at the front desk was very professional and treated everyone of us like VIPs! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
We are family of 4 with 2 other family, the Inn come with Kitchen, room is clean, everything look nice and friendly. breakfast is great. we have a great time, specially the price is good. we cannot ask for more. We are very happy for staying there.

A worker was coming out of the opposite room and let me a hand with a luggage cart because she was seen that I was struggling. A total act of kindness! We stayed in room 303 perfect size for what we needed

jerry.partnerOct 11, 2022 The room was very spacious with a sofa sitting area and a kitchenette. The bathroom was huge, too. For the very affordable price we paid, we had expected a standard hotel room. We were surprised and delighted to get a room so much bigger and better than our expectations.
The general manager (Bob/Robert) has been at the Saratoga Residence Inn for 17 years. He is on site in the breakfast/reception area and accessible daily from 7 or 8 am. He recruits a tremendous staff. We have stayed here at least five times and it’s a terrific experience. We go to the track in the hotel van and also can shuttle anywhere in town.
