    Decent hotel

    Decent hotel, customer service not that great. The staff is not great at english proficiency. Hence a challenge communicating with them. Not much options for vegans in terms of food.

    Overall good hotel that needs improvement

    La Sapinette is a good, clean hotel with good facilities. The service was overall good but I did not get the wake up call in the morning. The walls between the rooms are not sound-proof. I kept hearing noises from next room and this disturbed my sleep.
