Staff here is very friendly, but overall its an avearge experience as veg food options are very less, specailly indian people may not enjoy food. Booking a day cruise is better option than an overnight stay. Not worth for money. All the activites in ha long bay can be done in a day tour also.

Best cruse stay at halong bay, though this is the only one where i have been yet. Overall hospitality, food and the rooms are really good. I just felt them rushing fkr the activities and dinner was really early i. E. Around 7 pm.

This was a surprise find as i could not find many reviews online. The cruise was really good. Itenary - 4/5 (could have kept snorkeling as an option)
food - 5/5
hospitality - 5/5 (the staff really went out of their way to help all the people)
cleanliness - 5/5
comfort - 4/5 (just nitpicking, in reality it was a very fine stay) in summary, would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a boutique cruise on ha long.

It was an amazing stay at the dories cruise, very nice staff and they were able to speak in english, only one problem: for a vegetarian the food option is very limited except that everything was good

We booked dories cruise we were upgraded and given erika cruise
lunch was fixed menu no buffet even water was charged
room a suite room with broken ac vent with air going inside cupboard bathroom with no soap tray had to run inside and out to take bath
all doors were not closing properly
phone not working
entire cruise common area no air con
horrowing experience not we had expected
we booked dories cruise after seeing its reviews

The cruise ship is good but certain things like the provided slippers, towels etc need improvement. The kayaking, swimming and boat ride to the cave activities were nice but felt somewhat rushed. It would have been better to devote more time for them. Buffet spread was decent but choice of desserts was quite less. Also, some of items ran out much before the buffet closing time! the staff tries to sincerely serve you but are handicapped by their command over english.

Warm welcome with awesome sit down lunch. Room with great view and comfy bathtub overlooking the halon g bay. Cute jacuzzi nice food warm service and making it memorable

Very nice cruise. Well maintained and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. We are vegetarian but they took special care of our food requirements and prepared our food specifically.
The room was comfortable. The staff looked after dietary preferences and personally ensured that we were served accordingly. Great activities and great guide. Would definitely recommend.
