Even though I gave 5 stars, there are two things to note. First is that its very difficult to communicate to Vinpearl Resort and Spa Ha Long staff regarding anything because only few know good English. Second is that even though the Vinpearl Resort and Spa Ha Long management has framed Vinpearl Resort and Spa Ha Long policy and in fact displayed near reception that guests should have the responsibility and discipline of maintaining silence and not disturbing other guests by shouting, etc, my neighbors were drinking in groups in their room, making too much noise and shouting at midnight (with their room doors open). Reading all the worst reviews regarding the noisy environment in the Vinpearl Resort and Spa Ha Long, I was afraid if I will also face the same experience but I did not face too much like other reviews except this small incident. Anyway, I myself talked to the other guests to convey them that they are disturbing our sleep. Other than these two things, its an awesome resort in an awesome island at the beautiful Ha Long Bay shore. The resort building and the rooms nearly looked like a palace ( with clean swimming pools and other amenities.

And now while planning trip to vietnam with my friends i recommended them to stay here. All were extremely happy. View was excellent, awesome breakfast spread, beautiful rooms, courteous staff.
