The Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel is located at the old quarters and every spot were nearby for eg the ho-an kiem lake, the ngoc son temple, the night weekend market, the puppet theatre. The Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel helped us with booking for halon g bay and ninh binh. Miss km at the reception was really helpful and informative. All the Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel boys were very well behaved with a broad smile each time. English they did spoke which was extremely helpful. The breakfast was nice and filling. The cleanliness was in order. There was a small shop next to the Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel from where one can get snacking items and i almost visited each day for the chips hunger pang. Overall my status at the Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel was enjoyable and certainly a memorable one with no such complaints. Thank you for making my hanoi trip a good one!

We had booked premier rooms which is quite spacious and good. There are only 2 premier rooms in the Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel which consists of total 20 rooms. The location of the Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel is very good with tan hie n square and lake close by. The buffet breakfast is decent. The drawback is that the restaurant is not functional 24hrs. After breakfast you have fend for yourself for lunch and dinner which was not much of a problem as lots of eateries are close by.

This place is amazing enjoyed staying there breakfast is very good. I was staying solo but the Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel staff were so good i never felt alone in a single call they were happy to help you. The receptionist man was very sweet in love with him. They provide good inroom and outing slippers as well so you don't have problem in case you didn't get extra slippers it was just so good i would come back again for sure this time with family xoxo

It was a very nice experience staying at this Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel. Room was very clean spaciuos and the reception staff was very good and cooperative. They solved my all problems like exchange of dollars, booking for tours etc. Overall very good Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel.

We stayed for two nights - 2 adults and one child. It is in old quarter with access to restaurants & market to shop. Staff was courteous & assisted us well. Good room size. Overall good place to stay

Right in the center of the city. Value for money. Special shout out for kimberley who is very kid friendly and always smiling. They have limited menu in breakfast.
