The location, room and service was good 👍👍 Early check in and also late check out was available on request. stuff are also very good.

It was pathetic ! i am rating average just because of bell boys. Even e your conceitge was pathetic. The head staff of your kitchen was pathetic and spoke rudely with us and didn't gave us food as basic omlette.

I was denied check in on arrival. Hotel saying they are overbooked. Did not expect that on arrival late and had to look for another hotel with all the luggage. And my incident was not the only one, read more reviews for not allowing check in from different users. So something is wrong with this place. I would not recommend to anyone.

Reception did not allow for early check in. We had to wait for 4 hrs. Room was not spacious. Loneliness in the hotel compared to other hotel. Breakfast ambience is good at 9 th floor. No indian vegetarian food available. I don't recommend it for couples and families

Denied check in stating that hotel is already booked and we were sent to some another shoddy hotel without prior intimation!

Hotel staff is unwelcoming and rude. They dont let you eat breakfast properly. Simple requests like bread, milk etc are declined. They constantly stare at your plates when you go for refills and even stops you when u take more than 1 of any thing. Rooms are small and old. No proper charging points. We had to use one in washroom. The hotel is at one way so no cab can be booked. From the spot.

Very rude and impolite staff at the breakfast or restaurant. Hotel is on one-way road causing problem in grab taxi. No proper charging points in room. Delayed response to all calls to reception. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Overall, i will never recommend this hotel if you are going with family.

The hotel was below average. I booked the hotel on 16th december and although the check in time was 12 pm i checked quite late around 23:45 pm and yet ro my surprise the room was not ready. The hotel staffs are not skilled. Room pictures differ from reality. No indian food available as claimed. Very poorly managed property.

Reception executive told us wait your room is not ready but after 4 hrs she told me there is water leakage in your room so we shifted to you in another hotel. Moon view hotel must says very good service and best hotel.

Do not stay in this hotel. It looks good from outside but their management is really shady. They first gave me the wrong rooms. I booked executive suite but got deluxe rooms. The receptionist said that the room i thought i booked was anise room - their most expensive offering - as the pics was of that room. She first offered to compensate with a fruit basket. she then gave the rooms i booked seeing their pics. In one of the rooms the exhaust wasn't working and the walls had water seepage. So i got another room. The beds had spring mattresses. The bedsheets had holes in them. The breakfast was really bad. The overall stay was absolutely horrible. There was only one ac in a room as big as a flat. The washroom didn't have a shower head. No step to climb into the bathtub. Do not book a room here.

Anise hotel is located right near all the tour locations and market place. Stay here was very smooth. Good staff.

The staff was wonderful as they gave us a superior room than what we booked on our 1st day. Later as we extended our stay they moved us to our booking sized room. Which has no window and found ourselves in a jail. The food was ok. The service is available during certain periods of the day. All in all good as per location.
