Location: excellent amenities: excellent staff: excellent food: limited vegetarian options and no indian meal options (there are indian restaurants nearby which are at walking distance from the hotel)

Location is right in the heart of district 1. Close proximity to walking the street and shopping. Was a little surprised by the policy of the hotel to enter the guest name before 11 pm in the night.

The hotel was very basic, decor was also very basic and rooms very pretty small. Very good and efficient for a 1-2 day business travel. Not suitable for a vacation

My stay in hotel pullman was very good. First of all i arrived at the hotel at around 11:40am and there a concierge to collect the luggage and show me the way to the reception. The reception staff immediately asked me to show my passport and within 5 mins he did my check although it was much before the stipulated time to check in. The concierge then took my luggage and showed me towards my room. When i entered the room it was very good and neat and tidy. The location of the hotel is also a very big attraction because it is centrally located. The spa, the gym, the swimming pool and also the rooftop restaurant are very good. I recommend my fellow travellers to stay in the hotel pullman.

The staff at front desk was very rude, even though we have booked an executive suite. There were no courtesy. Ac did not work properly, called multiple time. But was not attended properly. For every small request they said they were busy

I went to this hotel with my family (2 adult and 1 kid. Instead if giving double bed they issued 2 single bed which is not convenient to us after praying so much money.

Pullman is known for its excellent interior and architectural design and this was no different. The rooms were smartly designed with the bathroom bathtub open to view was an experience

Indians like to have heath facets in washroom so please arrange it in the hotel to use tissues not be comfortable for us

Food was average. There was a bathtub and a basin/sink inside the room space without any partition or compartmentalisation which made it an extremely uncomfortable experience. One doesn’t feel like eating inside the room because of this reason. Location of the hotel is wonderful and all the top attractions are at a walkable distance

Great hotel good location all things walking from the hotel helpful staff quick check in clean
We were at the hotel for one night only. They graciously accepted and kept our luggage for the whole day after our check out. The location of the hotel is very convenient next to all attractions and walking streets. The staff are courteous and friendly
