We stayed here with friends recently. Our room had no air conditioning, so we upgraded to a newly room which was much more comfortable.
Stayed previously in top floor rooms no problem. This last time was bottom level, smelly bathroom and could hear conversations from rooms either side of me. Have four scheduled visits next year, not now!
This properties main attraction is it's amazing views over Merimbula. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to return someday.

The room was lovely and the comfortable bed provided a great night sleep. Parking was in a covered, lower level parking area, making it easy to access our room.
There is an animal sanctuary not far from the motel which we loved. There were a variety of local animals to see. The kangaroo and emu are free to roam the park and you can buy a feed bag to hand feed them while visiting the park.
We would highly recommend this stay!
Excellent modern fit out but keeps the 70s charm. Very fun and an excellent place to stay

Only fault is the lack of pressure in the shower
Arrived on a 30 degree plus day, no air con, screen door broken and couldn't be locked so door had to be closed. Went to have a glass of wine and the glasses in the cupboard were filthy. Spoke to the receptionist who exchanged the glasses but could not help with air con. Next day found a fan in the wardrobe. Speaking of wardrobe the clothes put in could not be worn due to the mustiness therein.

We loved the location, how beautiful the gardens and surrounds were. The room to have breakfast in was beautiful with a gorgeous view. The room was clean. Staff very friendly.
