Bed was average. All old furnishings. Unimpressive.
Great location otherwise.

Unfortunately the shower wasn’t safe to use for my 4 year old. Fluctuated between really cold or really hot. Shower could use an upgrade. Also Kitchen sliding door blind didn’t fully close so light shines through to children’s bedroom. Otherwise a really lovely stay!

Great Location & Setup for Families
Great location. Great facilities for families. A little bit of maintenance required - but this has probably been overlooked while things were closed up in lockdown. Some teens did come for a party weekend- but my husband popped down to their room at 11pm and asked them to turn down their music and they were very polite in obliging.

These beach apartments have all the necessary basics required for a beach holiday. Located near the Nepean highway shops, it's a quick walk to get take away food, or to visit the beach. It's a drive to the supermarket, or a 20 minute bus ride.
Generous toiletries are provided for one's stay. Perfect for a family with a Queen bed and two bunk sets, and one bathroom, with a high shower head that has ample water flow. The kitchen contains all the basics one might need, including complimentary coffee, tea and sugar.
The Manager was quick to respond to any queries.

Great location and very clean. Only issue is the bunk beds were a bit squeaky.
Very comfortable and clean. Short drive to all that you need in Rye and surrounds. Had perfect weather.

Great location. Kids loved being able to run around in the safe grassy common area. Was a pleasant stay and will definitely consider staying again.

Very well maintained and clean. Spa suite was spacious and lovely. The front, main door was a bit hard to lock from the outside but overall very satisfied with it.
Stayed here for one night after our leisurely afternoon at Peninsula Hot Springs. What a great place close to everything. Went for a early morning walk along the beach. Clean and very comfortable. Only one thing very noisy with traffic once in bed.
