    The hotel location is super convenient as it is in the heart of cbd very close to southern cross train station, trams, famous eatery joints and of-course famous tourist attractions. The hotel staff was very helpful and also arranged airport pickup and drop.

    Location - good, as close to southern cross station, air express drop point. Lots of fast food options nearby food - no breakfast or common coffee machine / cookies station amenities - bed is good quality, bath and room amenities are satisfactory. Bathroom is possibly smallest in the world hence unsatisfactory room - congested triple room, no view, aircon satisfactory services - reception was helpful summary - ok for up to 2 nights for couple. Not ok for triple

    No dustbin, room was so small. Bathroom was too short that i got hurt twice. There was no breakfast available so that also hit whole fay
