The whole stay was so easy, and staff were helpful we had a member of our party accidentally book the wrong quest and they had no issue in changing this over.

You couldn't switch the bathroom fan off, which was very loud. When mentioned to reception they said that this was normal and that they could offer me ear plugs. We had very little sleep that night. When you pay alot of money per night, this is not acceptable.

Easy walk to the foreshore for restaurants
I had a one bed apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Even had washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Could have stayed there for an extended period as it felt like home.
Staff very friendly.
Excellent location and parking.
The property was close to the beach and eateries.
Some renovations going on and the some of the furniture could do with updating which in process of doing. Bed was comfy.

Disappointed in the morning when only 2 coffee pods available.
If known that in advance would have bought my own coffee machine & pods.
Also the kettle & coffee machine are situated at a height inaccessible for any one under 6 foot.
Nice property in central location
A lovely relaxing + comfortable stay in Rockingham
The property is only 5 minutes walk from the waterfront at Rockingham. There are plenty of options for eating, drinking, cafes etc within 2 minutes walk. There is a bus stop directly outside the property where you can catch the bus to/from Rockingham station. The property is in a nice quiet area directly across the street from the war memorial. The property is currently undergoing refurbishment work, paint work and re carpeting but during my visit I wasn't disturbed by any work related noise. The property is in good condition and the room I was allocated was first class, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils. During my stay I used the gym which was small but reasonably well equipped and the pool which was nice. The property provides a free self service laundry service which I took advantage of and was very good. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Rockingham and would stay again if I was returning to this area again in the future.
