Only locality is the plus point on this property, rest all is a negative, interiors are old and dark coloured, hence it doesn't give you the ambience that you are in a 3/4/5 star property. Air conditioners in few rooms doesn't work, so you have to reach out to front desk.

The hotel, location, staff everything was superb. I loved it. If i go again to sydney ibis will be my choice for sure.
The hotel is located in darling harbour which is close to the heart of the city, however the hotel is majorly known for people staying for business purposes. The staff is friendly but the room sizes are small, we did not opt for breakfast.

The stay was gd. Though it was just for a night. We had no issues in checking in a couple of hours early. The view from balcony was nice. Clean room with well trained staff. The location of ibis is beautiful. Couple of minutes to darling harbour which is the happening place

The hotel is placed very well in terms to market and other area. Room was very average, facilities very basic, a stripped down kind. Vegetarian food options extremely limited. No porter, no room service at all.

Best location and easily accessible. Rooms are old fashioned and need revamp. We struggled since we did not have any side table for keeping luggage and the washrooms are extremely tiny and cramped. We identified we can get much better hotels around at the same price. We could not shift because we paid for a non-refundable fare.

The room size is too small. The hotel location is very good. The food is good. Other services are OK. But the hotel is pricey not value for money. It can get much more luxury hotels in that price. Fittings in bathrooms outdated.

I like the hotel mainly because of location and the staff. I've stayed in many hotels across the world but this will be on the top of the list. If one can ignore room size then this hotel is best for you.

Very bad rooms. Some of the receptionists are not at all good while interacting with customers. Very bad WiFi policy of only 2 hours. In lobby at one go. Overall very bad experience. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I had a great experience at IBIS hotel near Darling harbour. It is located at one of the great location. I had very good time and staff is also very helpful and supportive in answering the queries. I got good Indian cuisine near by hotel also overall it is great experience and next time again would like to stay at IBIS Sydney Darling Harbor only.
