    Good location and good view clean rooms front deck person is very quick and good housekeeping team.

    Business trip to sydney

    Location is near a metro station however that caused noise issue also as my room on 10th floor was above train track with mild noise of trains through the day and till late in the night. Quality of furniture and toiletries was below average so was space in the room. Phone in my room stopped working twice and on complaining, front desk offered to send someone next day! due to that i had to walk all the way down to order for room service. Breakfast options were good and some of the rooms may have better view of harbor bridge. Overall below average experience and i will look for other options on next trip.
