the Promenade Hotel Baku staff were amazing and very kind. the room was a bit small but very clean. the room with sea view however did not show any sea view and the breakfast area was not good. however, the restaurant at the top had an amazing view and overall our stay at the Promenade Hotel Baku was amazing 🥰
