Mediocre hotel- like a 3 star property

It was absolutely mediocre. It’s close to airport but nothing else around it so you will require a lot of time to travel anywhere to and back. Food is average and since i am vegetarian, it wasn’t great.

Overall the stay was quite pleasant. As the hotel was sparsely occupied due to ramadan - i was upgraded to a deluxe room. Unfortunately that room had a spurring sound from the adjacent geyser room in the night - so it had to be changed. Otherwise, the breakfast spread, cleanliness and room service were excellent. Moreover, since the pick up transport from hotel to airport on arrival was delayed - it was made complementary. Most reception service persons particularly, mr ebrahim was guest friendly & quite helpful

As i come to bangladesh i choose this hotel. Service is excellent and soft spoking. Property location very good. Easy to search by guest. And is food so delicious.
Good location. Nice ambience very secure and good hospitality. Recommended for business stay. Nice menu for breakfast

The location is very near to the airport. Just 5 minutes away. The surrounding area is very crowded with local people and is nothing to go nearby. The food is good and service is quick.

An overnight halt in Dhaka required a good hotel located near the Airport, and Dhaka Regency was the obvious choice. An excellent value for money deal.

The Hotel is located strategically near to the Airport. The service quality was excellent, cleanliness was of top rank. The quality of service including the staff was excellent. Would recommend the Hotel for staying.

At cheek in the the front desk officer was asking visiting card from me and I provided, which he/she should not as per hotel policy. They must do formalities with my passport. Later on I came to know they made a contract with some trader or people to provide the info or visiting card and they will money for this.

Location, security, cleanliness etc. Are very good, but quality and quantity of food is not up to the mark. But, Bengali cuisine needs to be improved and prices need to be made reasonable.

Decent place to stay near Dhaka Airport. Grill resto-bar at the roof top is amazing. Thrilling experience.
