It’s an old type of hotel with very costly food services, while returning the traffic is huge and can take more than 2 hour to reach.

Very poor attitudes of reception. At night 10 pm they demanding to pay the room rent. Already i have two days rent in advance

I had a comfortable stay for eight days with lovely well educated, polite and helpful l front desk staff as well as sub ordinates. I strongly recommend hotel 71, who ever visit dhaka.

Unresponsive staff and poor food facilities

The staff at all place, especially the front desk are callous. No response on issues you raised with them despite repeated reminders, they sleep over till 8 am right in their admin office in the lobby and the front desk is deserted till then. Equally unprofessional and harried-looking staff in their coffee shop (which hosts morning buffet)

Firstly i would like to say that the rooms are very compact. Secondly no hot water in bathroom, and no toiletries items, bathrooms water is continue-sly falling, taps are not working. Third every day same breakfast breakfast. fourth the restaurant lady rough behavior.

The room 6008 was not cleaned and it was cleaned after taking up the issue with the front office. Standard of hotel71 has gone down it's worst than a road side issue. I suggest mm t should take up the issue. Pure covid the hotel cleanliness was very good now it's not up to the mark.

The hotel is centrally located and accessible from any place in Dhaka easily. Service of the hotel and behaviour of the staff is very good except the canteen staff. Behavior of some of the canteen staff is very unprofessional. Food quality is not that good compare to the high price they charged.
