    Terrible hotel with awful staff

    The hotel staff specifically the receptionist is damn arrogant and rude. Has no etiquettes and courtesy towards his guests. The hotel itself is so poorly designed it feels like a maze. Had booked 3 rooms in one booking and he allocated us all rooms on 3 different floors that too with his sheer arrogance. We were offered room 152, the way to the room feels like a treasure hunt and the room was so bad in design. Would not recommend booking this
