Good location with a lot of arabian restaurants in the same street and room is very clean I recommend this hotel

Very small room

No elevator working, window not closing so cool air coming inside. No phone, very costly.

Booked at the last moment and it is value for money. Close to the City center and railway Station, wasn't much of an issue to commute. Just stayed there on the way to Germany so was good enough.
The area surrounding the hotel was not so good, but the hotel was perfect for a short stay. Easily accessible from Brussels Midi Station. Neat rooms.

The hotel room was big and spacious but the locality is bad. Be aware of snatches outside the hotel. My Gold chain got snatched.

Staff at the front desk wasn't helpful was busy talking to his colleague then seemed uninterested to attend us while we're trying to check-in.

Terrible Stay

They provided us with a very small room with no ac.The bathroom was very small small with bad drainage.Always the receptionist tried to sell us by asking to pay per day. Moreover they treated Europeans very finely but ill treated Indians.We faced racial discrimination in this hotel.And the location where the hotel is there is very unsafe. You will feel scared to walk there in night. The Wi-Fi was very slow.In one line I tolerated the hotel because it was prepaid non refundable hotel otherwise I would have canceled it.

It's close to the city

For a single person, the room is OK. The room service is good. The guys at the reception are very cordial and helpful. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. It's close to the grand place (Markt), just 10-15 minutes walking.

Decent place to stay in not so pleasant neighborhood. Anyway gare du midi is not far at all and also the city center of Brussels. Many Arabic restaurants and food places around the hotel. The breakfast was good - a little bit if everything ... Good value for money

Old hotel with good breakfast

We had a room with a window facing the road due to this there was noise during the day if you keep the window open. But it was quite during the night other than some young boys roaming in there cars with full volume on there car stereo but that could be a one time event. Breakfast was amazing helpful staff. Hotel has an overall old look and wasn't very pleasing to the eyes(renovations were in full swing for the ground floor so I hope that will change. On a walking distance from the train station and near the main street. Other side of the hotel didn't feel so safe to walk at night.

Very average hotel

Cleanliness needs to be improved. The room did not smell and feel fresh on check in. There were mosquitoes in the room. Shower curtain was not there so after Bath the entire washroom became wet. But the location was good. Just 1km from Grand Palace.
