Personally I think robes would be great especially because the hot tub amenities are available all year round. Overall had a really great stay and the staff are all very nice. The property is also walking distance to the village which is convenient and the rooms are supplied with lots of items.

Did not get to enjoy the boat house as it was too cold but looking forward to it for next time

The person whom was at the desk the second was very rude. I called 3 hours prior to ask about coffee for stay as i wanted to see if i needed to bring extra coffee. The guy on the phone laughed at me and said if you need more coffee just come ask us
.i said ok then when I went to do so the lady made me feel small for even asking and resulted in me going to collihgwood to buy more coffee. As a long outstanding senior leader for Home Depot canada I HAVE ONLY WROTE TWO NEGATIVE REVIEWS. This being the second as couldnt believe how rude this lady was and never appologized for poor information shared.

sharon.familySep 28, 2024 We love how this property feels like country cottages complete with porches, muskoka chairs, hammocks and screen doors. Quality of towels and bath products are excellent. Staff are wonderful, beds very comfortable.
Property was nice and well maintained, only complaint is that the internet and TV went out for a couple hours but eventually came back on
It was a good sized room with a great balcony, and very clean.
Tout était génial, même parfait. Nous étions tristes de devoir quitter. Nous reviendrons assurément.
