The staff while i was checking in was so rude. He had no clue how to manage things when i said i want to give my deposit in cash rather than visa. Then when i offered the cash he said we dont have change. I said thats your problem to which his reply was either give extra cash as deposit or cancel your booking. He was very rude and spoil t the entire experience.

Not happy. The room was fine, however quality of breakfast included was poor, there was no one to cart the luggage to the room.

Overall it was a decent stay, shuttle service was good but the room which we were staying had a good view, the only problem we faces was ants in the room, we were there only for the night and we were extremely tired to let the hotel staff know about it
