Very good location room size is big & comfortable. Clean & service is also very good. Got a good deal for it on MMT will definitely recommend for business & family travellers. Enjoyed the stay very good.

Five star hotel with average service

A good hotel with a lot of facilities. But service is average. Also very few staff could speak English. There is no metro nearby and you have to walk at least 15 minutes for the nearest metro station. But for the price I think it is good hotel. There are many cafes nearby including a Starbucks just round the corner.

We were charged money for accidental breakage of the kettle in their lobby tea lounge. The room size is smaller than the bathroom at my home.. Only the person at concierge was really good he helped us with our train bookings.

Hotels is nicely located - staff are friendly.
House keeping is very poor.
Hair every where - Mo Fridge in the Room.
Location - Lobby - Breakfast Area Excellent.
They have really done the Lobby to uplift guests by decorating as Christmas is around the corner.

Stayed at the Grand International Hotel in Guangzhou during the Canton Fair, 2016. Given the fair rush, the overall experience was okay. Especially to accommodate the fair visitors, would have been a nice gesture for the hotel to arrange for complimentary airport transfers.
