Near to shenzhen north railway station

The hotel is good if you need to travel from the shenzhen north railway station, they have a regular shuttle to the station which is good.

Very good front desk. Food is excellent. Specifically, the Manager Mark Zhang is a fantastic person and takes special care of the guest needs and very helpful. In all a good hotel to stay be it a family or Solo traveller. The restaurant buffet is excellent food.

I recommend this hotel who prefer basic facilities, rooms are pretty big. But not good for pleasure stay. Air condition not working. I complaint about this and get the answer that plant is not running. So we have to keep window open. That resulted lot of noise.

Nice hotel, nearby Shenzen North Station. Though a walk of 1.5 kms from the station, but it is easy to walk around. There are lot of shopping place around exit A when you arrive at station. Open till 11 PM. Recommended.

Staff is good, can speak English & rooms are big. Need improvement in food. No generator installed for power back up. And if light failure you can stuck in room or use stair case. Last time it happened no light for 40 minutes Power failure was critical , I hold up in lobby for 40 Min.
