The food was good and staff in the restaurant was fantastic. The room had many many issues which made sleeping impossible for the week. No water supplied in the room, this is not a 5 start hotel. I have many more issues but i won’t go into them all. I also am still waiting on 300 euros that the hotel took from my card as a deposit. It said online we would have to pay 70aed yet they took almost 1200 aed and i’m still waiting.
