    The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to metro, tram and city tour buses. The hotel has a very good restaurant with awesome food. The best part is it has all kinds of facilities like money exchange, bus tickets, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    The location of the Hotel is very good. However, beware, they charge for the teabags which are mostly free in other hotels. We made tea in the rooms but later had to pay for it. I felt kind of cheated.

    Good for the price they are taking. it's on main road. 2 km away from station and main museum area. Clean rooms and comfortable.

    It's a centrally located Hotel which is an advantage. But the Hotel looks and feels old. The experience was overall was strictly decent. Nothing great about it.

    Decent Hotel but needs to improve its services

    The rooms were clean and nice. Television in the rooms are outdated and need replacement. Wifi was free but we were not getting any signal in our room. There are a lot of things which are provided free of cost but you need to specifically ask for them like slippers and shower cap. The Hotel staff took one hour to provide us a shower cap we asked for and there was a lot of confusion. We didn't have breakfast since it costs 12 euros. For a lesser amount, you can have much better breakfast in the City.
