karel.partnerOct 30, 2024 Excelllent hotel. I checked in late as my flight did not arrive until 930pm and check in was up until 10pm and the staff waited for me until I arrived at the hotel to get my room the first night. Excellent location, walkable to all of Old Town Prague.

I liked the location, very close to major attractions. It also had good beds for the family of four which is rare for European hotels from my experience. The property is a little bit dated but is good for the price.
The hotel was a clean decent place to sleep, but it was right in the city center able to walk to anything you want.
The location to tour old town, the room and staff are great. But most rooms have windows that face the street on the 2nd floor. And in the summer, with no a/c, you gotta open the windows or sweat. And people are really loud until 2-3am. Even weekdays. I won’t stay here again. You can’t sleep, even with earplugs.
Very poor customer service
Very very poor customer service, my flight was delayed and the owner said you can't check in, contacted hotel.com as requested, but no reply from the property, contacted property via email, no reply until the following morning.
Left 2 girls without a place to stay for the night, I would advise against booking this property
Great central location , super quiet, hotel staff helpful and unintrusive. wonderful places very close- visit coffee Deeamond caffe, bakery and breakfast place Vypecena matka bistro cafe. Would highlt recommend the hotel if looking for something basic, clean , quiet and good location.

El hotel está bastante bien ubicado, yo personalmente iba a todos sitios andando y tienes a 5 minutos andando la torre de la pólvora. El personal encantador y hacen esfuerzo por hablar español aunque tu te ofrezcas a hablarle en inglés. Cuando salí me dijeron que sin problema podía dejar el equipaje unas horas hasta que me fuera de la ciudad.
Por poner una pega, que tampoco es algo importante, es la recepción del hotel que está a unos metros más abajo del hotel en si, solo hay que mirar bien las incicaciones y se encuentra.
Nettes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Zimmer hatte alles was man erwartet und die Nähe zur Altstadt war super. Kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely hotel in the center of Prague
We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The hotel is located in the center of Prague which means that majority of attractions are in a walking distance (if you’re up for walking a couple of kilometers). The hotel is also located close to public transportation so it’s easy to get around - also transport to the airport. We got our room almost 3 hours before check-in time, such service minded and friendly staff! They have a mini fridge so you can store some groceries. There’s no air condition but if you open the windows and afterwards turn on the floor ventilator in the night it’s no problem :-)
Meget hyggeligt hotel, og god service med at hjælpe med pakering af bil. Eneste lille ting var morgenmad, der var åbent meget kort og meget lidt at hvert, hvis man ikke var blandt de først gæster.
