antonio.friendsJul 10, 2024 I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel in top condition.
One of the highlights of my stay was the ample parking available at the hotel. I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. This made coming and going from the hotel a breeze, and I appreciated not having to worry about finding a parking spot.
Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay. The cleanliness and parking situation really set this hotel apart from others in the area.

A lovely budget hotel with kitchenette and swimming pool. A little way out of the town, but walkable on a nice day. Very friendly staff and super clean. Comfy beds. Spacious bathroom with good shower. Would recommend.

Value for money hotel on edge of Carcassonne
Stayed for one night before flying out from Carcassonne. A bit difficult to find but with large secure car park. Clean and comfortable room. We didn't use the basic kitchenette but it looked fine.
Great value- pity pool was closed
Everything was great (didn't have breakfast but it seemed to be nice too) with the exception of the pool not being open. It would be helpful if hotels mentioned the dates their pool is open so that we can make an informed decision.
Clean spacious apartment for family of 5 with plenty of parking and easy access the Carcassonne cite and shops. A great family accomodation.

Very nice place to spend the night. Large room with kitchen was a nice surprise when we checked in.
The hotel is easily found on the outskirts of Carcassonne and there is a reliable bus service right outside the gate that takes you to the station. From there it is a pleasant walk through the city to the Citadel.
The hotel itself was clean and well kept however the WiFi was unreliable and when it was accessed it was extremely slow.
Hotel is ok but room smelt of fish for the night we were there, previous people obviously had a takeaway or cooked indoors! Could of been cleaner too but aircon worked well! Pool smaller than photos show and you have to drive or get a taxi like we did if you wish to venture out to medieval city, will set you back €30 there and back! Preferred Cerisse south that we used last year!
Very poor hotel with a horrible bed. Despite having 120 rooms, there were no attention in the reception after 22.
Very dirty. Booger on curtains, ”white stains” on carpet, wall near lightswitch full of dirty hand prints. Toilet had a seal of hygienia and when I open the cover there were poop stains.
Adequate but could have been cleaner
The room was nice and perfectly adequate for our needs. The visit was spoiled however because the room had cobwebs in one corner of the ceiling and the previous occupant had left mud/ dirt marks high up on the bathroom entrance which had not been cleaned off before our arrival. We also could not swim in the pool on arrival as it was full of leaves and debris from the wind (ie: insufficient maintenance). We were only staying 4 nights so decided it wasn’t worth complaining but it detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. The cleaners need to be told to look upwards when cleaning as everywhere else was ‘spotless’. Great location near a Carrefour supermarket and retail park with some restaurants. You need a car or taxi to get into the town however as it’s a 30 minute walk to Place Carnot in the town centre.
Very Poor Service; No Staff Onsite! No a/c!
Terrible experience! 1st we arrived around 11PM very tired and couldn't even get inside the hotel. Took about an hour to 'break' in. We found out later that there's no staff onsite after 9PM, so no front desk or even a security guard onsite --very strange for a good sized hotel like this. Shame on this hotel for trying to cut corners to this extreme! We had no internet/wireless/service on our cell phones & didn't know in advance that there was no staff after 9 PM so it was very stressful arriving tired at 11PM feeling like intruders. There wasn't even a sign or phone to use on the outside to advise guests of this strange procedure. Luckily a fellow traveler was in the lobby eventually &saw us outside fumbling around & got us in touch with the off site hotel staff &access the lock box (he said he had the same experience too). To be fair, an email had been sent a few hours before we arrived that had info re: late arrivals in it but we were traveling with no access to emails. The "no front deck after 9 PM" should've been clearly stated in the booking site ad upfront so guests could decide if this is the kind of place they want to book BEFORE they book it! Another disaster is that the hotel was advertised as having a/c. It's part of the reason we booked it since many airbnbs don't have a/c. But upon arrival once we finally got in& settled, we couldn't get the a/c to work. It was so late &we were so tired that with no front desk available we just
sweated it out; no staff help.
