Good hotel. But a bad locality. Pick-pocketers waiting for the target at the station. Be very careful! although the stay is worth the price.

Couple of issues… 1. Cleaning Staff is not at all good. Room and Bedding is not cleaned properly. 2. It seems in Paris due to winter they don’t operate Air condition in rooms, which is a BIG problem. You sweat like anything inside the room. Surprisingly all common areas like passage, reception, BF lounge are cool. I think that is because it is mostly used by hotel staff. 3. Overall experience is not pleasant due to delayed or no room service. I had to remind multiple times to get the work done.

Please don’t waste your money

Don’t book at any cost, no services provided at the hotel. Staff is rude and hopelessly unapologetic about not being able to provide anything. Room service will not respond and will not provide any towels also.

It was a very big hotel and it seemed like the staff were unable to handle the number of guests they had checked in. Basic requests like shampoo, soap and water were not fulfilled. The buffet breakfast was adequate at best. Had paid for 5 days but ended up eating at the hotel only 2 days due to the convenience factor. The lifts are always crowded and you have to wait in line to go to your floor.

Rooms were very hot, air conditioner were not working, staff was not cooperative, not able to rectify the problems, rooms were re allocated very small there also ac was not working properly small rooms small beds terrible experience

We had a great stay at Novotel. We had several options for breakfast. Staff was really courteous and rooms were clean.

Hotel location is near to Gallieni metro station. Not too far from the key attractions. Room is also good. They had lesser options in the breakfast. Also, hotel staff is not what you would be expecting from the staff of a good hotel. I didn't see anyone wearing a smile while talking to the guests. I found there behavior little bit rude, that is the only negative point. But this hotel was cheap and rooms were also good. So I will rate it as value for money and a 3 star hotel.

Good room and breakfast spread, bad room service

Stayed for 3 nights at this place. It is walking distance from Gallieni metro station and has a Mcdonald's nearby. The room was comfortable. It had a separate toilet and bathroom which was good. Breakfast spread was really good and with these basic amenities our stay was pleasant. The only complaint we had was that room service was non-existent. We had an issue with the bathtub which did not get resolved.

There is no shampoo in washroom. Called many times to the reception but no one takes calls. I directly inform to reception but they did not action on my concern. Nor they provide water or coffee in our room.

Nice hotel next to the metro Station and Eutolines bus Station
The only best part of the stay is its proximity to metro and bus stop which takes you anywhere in Paris. Apart from that the hotel hardly has staff and is lousy. Phone at front desk and for room service are never picked up. Absolute lack of concern for their guests staying
