Great location and clean rooms, but service could improve

I recently stayed at ibis tbilisi stadium, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable, which added to the pleasant stay. However, i was disappointed by the behavior of two male staff members. Despite these small inconveniences, the overall stay was satisfactory, but the service could certainly be improved to enhance the guest experience.
