    Ac didn't work, downgraded me to a smaller room for a day later re-shifted me and i lost so much time.

    Ac doesn’t work continuously

    I travel-led 20 hours including transit only to reach no luggage assistance, no warm reception at the front desk which is ok. But ac in the room didn’t work for 30 minutes. At 4am i finally slept but woke up sweating at 7 am and ac stopped working.. I have a luxury room for next 5 days which i paid for, to which receptionist told me it’s subject to availability. This must be a joke. I’m a member of hilt-on honours and never had such an experience before anywhere in the world.

    The location is far from city center, the people working werent smiley nor helpful and wouldnt greet us when we went in the hotel. The breakfast was very bad, and the hotel restaurant was very horrible. Below average for a hotel, and horrible for a hilton. Too expensive for what they provide.

    Peaceful very comfortable stay. Very fine restaurant staff is very gentle sweet loveful helping. Lakeview is so beautiful. Very neat and clean.
