The hotel has slightly old interiors but it’s functional for the prices they offer. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is also very good. Location is good opposite the main station. The area is also far better than the other opposite side of the main station where there are lot of junkies.

Location is good. There is no amenities and services. Their is no food apart from the breakfast they offer. No water bottles.

Location is very convenient. Hotel is old but functional, if you’re not looking for extra luxury. Basic facilities like breakfast, wifi and elevator are available.

Decent stay for business and family travel in frankfurt. Location is very strategic, very close to main train station. Plenty of restaurants around serving different cuisines. Almost sure to stay again when given a chance.

Hassle free check-in, clean/neat/hygienic ambience and superb spread of breakfast. In month of jun e, an electric fan in the room would have been more comfortable/appreciated.

Due to CORONAVIRUS light and building fair got POSTPOEND so I DIDNT travel to Frankfurt but Novum Hotel DIDNT refunded my money, I told them u can KEP money and give me another date but what date I gave they said it is full but till date we are getting rooms and finally they DIDNT refund any money.

I always want to recommend this Hotel to everybody, it's very convenient to central Station, tram and so many super markets there. Location is too good. Breakfast is also too good.

Hotel is good, very near to main Station, clean room, good staff but breakfast was very average and very noisy due to heavy traffic. Overall good value for money. Recommendable.

Hotel is centrally located walkable from central station. Great option of food nearby. Staff was professional, building is a bit too old and rooms are compact.

The Hotel is centrally located but the area is a bit clumsy. Because of that you feel a little unsafe. Also the locks in the rooms are old fashioned which took so much time to open up.

Very few quiet rooms

Most rooms face the busy street with street cars clanging along the tracks. No AC.
