    The place is located in the heart of the city, the problem is they say check-in 2pm so I reached at 2. 45pm when I asked for early check in they charged me 100hkd. Once they show you to the room WiFi works, but after sometime WiFi doesn’t so they ask you to pay 50hkd per hour for stable WiFi. Hot water only for 30mins in the morning and 30mins in the evening. My room hot water was from 7am to 7. 30am. Evening 9-9. 30pm Even if you request they ask you to pay extra charges to get hot water according to your time. Check out is 11am, I asked if I can keep luggage in lobby or reception as my flight was later, they charge 50hkd for 1 hour or pay half day room rent for longer duration. So be careful
