Very ugly rooms. Very rude staff and not helpful at all. If you’re indian please don’t stay here coz they are very racist. Don’t stay here

Hong Kong is known for its cozy space. Still, room was big enough. AC was fine, set at 20. Room was clean and staffs were also nice. They allow me early check-in, a rare facility in Hong Kong. Will prefer again to stay here.

Nothing great about my stay at this Hotel. For the price I paid, on can get definitely get better hotels to stay otherwise. I would request you all to avoid this Hotel if you can.

I was in Hong Kong for a business stay and booked this hotel. To begin with the location of the hotel is good with an Metro Station close by but you hardly get any taxis from the hotel and may have to wait for long. Neither does the hotel have any facilities to call for a taxi. The check-in process was good but the receptionist can hardly understand your specific requests. The rooms are small and congested and nothing worth the price you pay for. Hotel service is pathetic as they will want to charge you for even an extra bottle of water you call for (they give you 2 small bottles complimentary only). There is hardly any facilities inside the room and water seeps out of the shower once you take a bath.

Stayed for 3 nights, easy transfer from Kowloon metro. Convenient room. Did not take food options. Good location next to Jordan station. Room size is relatively bigger than other hotels of that range.
