I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my accommodation in rio, room 308. I could not sleep due to the numerous cockroaches in the room, and the blocked water drainage made it impossible to take a bath. Additionally, the pillows and bed sheets were dirty, and the condition of the walls was very poor. No water no tea/coffee pouch were provided.

Pathetic rooms, no toiletries, no drinking water, water tipping all over the bathroom ceiling, very small rooms. Besides the location and the air conditioning everything else is not worth the pay

The amount of money i paid it was really waste. Property is really in bad condition rooms have no facilities. Hotel needs renovation. Whole night couldn’t sleep at all. Never go on photos what they have showed

Have stayed there many times before, but this was the most terrible stay. No toiletries, no refrigerator in the room, not even the complimentary bottle of water.

No water bottle. No soap. Good location. No tea bag in the room. Direct bus for airport. Public transport easily available near the hotel

The rooms are spacious as compared to hk standards. Location is top notch especially for indian vegetarian travellers with many food options just a stones throw away. Connectivity to 2 mtr lines within 100 mtr. Other than that the service is pretty basic for the price charged. Safety deposit box out of battery, no free toileteries etc. Personally didnt mind the basic level of service however many people might.

Rooms are not at all clean and lots of cockroaches don’t think to stay very bad experience they did not provide a water bottle also we stayed three days they did not cleaned the room
