Grand Zuri Kuta Bali

We stayed there for just 5 days for honeymoon and the experience was out-of-the-world. Pros- 1. Cleanliness of every corner of room. 2. Amenities. 3. Room service. 4. Ambience of the front desk. 5. Gesture of the every employee. 6. Restaurant have the indian option. 7. The kind of quality in breakfast. 8. Swimming pool. 9. Parking space. 10. Location (most importantly. Money exchange within 150-250 mtr, alfamart in 10 mtr, food court 200 mtr, 3-4 japanese restaurant within 500-600 mtr radius, krishna ole h ole h within 1-2 km radius, night clubs within 1km radius. Cons- believe us or not but its true that we couldn't find any cons.

Stay very good and comfortable but the restaurant, it's food and mostly hygiene not at all as per 4 star standard. Definitely needs overall drastic and immediate improvement in handling the restaurant for breakfast which includes overall hygiene too. Very happy stay but horrible breakfast and restaurant. If food and hygiene in the restaurant are not excellent and maintained as per standard then no one will visit your Grand Zuri Kuta Bali one day. Please take our honest feedback and improve.

Hotel located at proximity to sightseeing spots. Cab service like blue bird taxi available. Near to Airport. Walking distance to Kuta Beach, Kuta market. Hotel amenities are good. Food in restaurant is tasty. Variety of breakfast options. La carte food also good. Rooms are clean and tidy with good air conditioning and modern furniture. Swimming pool also good. Staff here is very polite and they speak english very well. Service is prompt. Overall pleasant to stay and totally recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Zuri Kuta Bali Grand Zuri. The staff were polite and quite helpful. The rooms were good and were overlooking the swimming pool. The only problem was with the Indian buffet at night. It did not have many options and even the taste wasn't quite Indian. However, there is an Indian restaurant just beside the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali which was the savior. Overall our stay was fantastic and without any problems.

The Grand Zuri Kuta Bali is close enough to the airport (within 20 mins by cab). All Grand Zuri Kuta Bali staff are well behaved and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and has all basic facilities. Toilets are well maintained. All sevices including laundry and cleaning services are good. Breakfast buffet menu has quite a lot of options including Indian and indonasian food. Overall had a good experience 😊😊

The best Grand Zuri Kuta Bali i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

The Grand Zuri Kuta Bali is neat and clean. A few things I didn't like. Asking for a review before giving a room upgrade. Being a budget Grand Zuri Kuta Bali, it attracts a lot of group tours from China, Indonesia and Philippines, and they can get loud! Otherwise, the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali is good, has all the amenities and is just a 5-min bike ride from the busy section of Kuta.

Great hospitality. The Grand Zuri Kuta Bali staff is warm and courteous. Specially Dian at the desk was very helpful. I booked a superior room and the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali staff were very friendly that they upgraded my room to suite without any extra chargers. Amazing place to stay and the rooms are very clean and pretty. Breakfast buffet was wide spread and good.

This is a good property, good amenities. Clear and comfortable room, nice swimming pool, the spread of the breakfast was also good. Quick check-in and check out. Overall a comfortable stay. Shortcomings - 1. Restaurant menu is very limited, but the good. 2. Location is a little far (20 min walk) from the main beach area, the benefit is no traffic and peaceful.

I had booked this for my elderly parents and in-laws and they had a very good experience in the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali. The hospitality showered by the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali staff is commendable and my parents just loved it. There is one awesome Indian restaurant called BANGLE at a walking distance from the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali. Overall 5 star-rated experience.

The stay was ok, the room was clean. In complimentary breakfast most of the item was local food which is good for the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali but not international tourists who are not familiar with food. Management should include a few common food items which are eaten across the globe. Otherwise the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali is good at this range.

Very near and clean, they provide toiletries brush, toothpaste, soap, comb. Coffee and tea maker with sugar. Nice facilities. Instant customer handling and care. Even provides rent a bike facility to customers at nominal rates which is very helpful. Good location on the road and nearer to Kuta and Legion Beach and Beachwalk Mall.

Food was pathetic and indian food not available at restaurant

Has the basic minimum of all facilities that you need. Room is decent sized and clean. Buffet breakfast has variety but you might have to choose what you eat. Its a budget Grand Zuri Kuta Bali, so dont expect luxurious treatment, but for the price, its Worth every penny.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms was very clean. Amenities given was good. Breakfast was not good for Indians. Rest all things are very nice.

We are so happy about the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali and their service. Staff are so friendly. I recommend my friends to stay in this Grand Zuri Kuta Bali. Especially we like the behaviour of the staff. Always with smiling face attending the guests. Food was also of good variety.

Very nice and courteous people. The restaurant was good. Food was tasty and priced right. The superior rooms were a little small, we upgraded to a deluxe room which was just right for three of us. The location of the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali at the heart of kuta was excellent.

Grand zuri kuta bali is good Grand Zuri Kuta Bali. It is located in the main road, you can avail scooter renting from them directly.

The rooms are clean and well maintaned. Hotel staff is very kind.

Location of the Grand Zuri Kuta Bali is good, and the amenities provided are also upto mark. The only drawback is that our deluxe room was facing the Road and we use to feel uncomfortable while sleeping due to noises.

Check-in was smooth, they allowed us 30 min before check-in time. The swimming pool was clean. Room was as per description. Buffet breakfast with sufficient options was there. The staff were very polite and helpful in nature. Overall worth the money and if i will come back would book again!
