Comfortable stay with minor setbacks

We only stayed for a night but it was a comfortable stay. The property is very cute and beautiful. The reception is available 24/7 for any of your request but the room service shuts pretty early. The hotel porter who came to the room to pick-up our suitcases was too laid-back though. We had to ask him to take my big backpack which he did reluctantly and then ask him to keep it in the cab for which we received a similar reaction. Everything else was good. Especially the reception. Shout out to ezra for being very hospitable.

I have stayed for only one night, hotel ambience great, staff great, great pool and plus point just at beach side but little disappointed with the room cleanliness (room was little dirty with, and also no lift at hotel. I recommend for budget friendly tour with beach side hotel

The alamkulkul is my worst experience in bali trip. Thank-god we stay only one night. The sink was leaky, mosquitos, the bathroom shower is like going down and the condition of room seems like nobody used that shower from so many years. Room is fine but bathroom and washroom is terrible.

The location of the hotel was beautiful but hygiene and cleanliness very bad. The towels and robes had bad smell and were stained.

The hotel is good however the maintenance is not up to the mark, need some renovation to the hotel. There is rusty doors near the washroom and insects enter the room which is more scary. Little bit upgrade to the hotel provides best experience stay in the hotel. The towels are very old and the treads are coming off, little bit upgrade to the hotel will provide good stay experience. Not like too bad hotel, its little decent,

Alam kulkul offers a very warm balinese vibe, always smiling, taking care of your small requests, and not to miss the yummlicious food. I had requested for packed food for next morning, and loved the fresh packed food with exotic fruits. I would never forget how warm and nice i felt with the resort. Rooms: rooms are big size rooms and good for indian families. Few rooms are overlooking the pool as well which get first ray of sunlight and it's beautiful. Overall, a highly recommended property to stay.

The resort location is perfect, near beach, marts, restaurant. You can go anywhere from the resort at anytime. Welcome drinks was there. Room was decorated before the check in. You can go for this resort. As indian we were looking for best indian restaurant so we found bollywood masalaz, it's just few km away from the resort.

Dark room, my top shower is not working, i called reception for that but no one pickup my call, even breakfast also OK OK they take 18 used for breakfast. But not worth it. And not even 4 star hotel. This is look like 3 star hotel.

The hotel is located just across the kuta beach. The property boasts beautiful aesthetics and the most courteous staff. The food in their in-house cafe is delicious! the only downer was, we got no response while calling the room service several times. However, upon reporting during the check-out, the staff had apologised profusely for the same. Their politeness and humility won us over. All in all, it was a great experience staying at the alamkulkul resort.

I stayed I Alamkulkul for 4 days and those days were awesome. The resort is located in front of the beach and the food was not awesome as we got less variety of vegetarian food which was the only drawback the service was awesome everything was perfect and if I need they provide and resolve the problem asap. Must visit staying place. We loved it.

This was our first trip to Bali and we had relied on MMT assurance in booking the hotel online, which turned out to be the best thing. Hotel location was excellent room was big, clean, the staff very courteous and helpful, food nice.

Bad stay, staff service is extremely poor and favours foreigners. Did not allow a 30 min late check-in

Food was stale at the breakfast buffet. When they learned that we were staying only for one day and moving to another villa, their service further deteriorated. They did not allow for a 30 minute late checkout, mix veggies at breakfast were stale several days old in fact. The in-house massage opens at 9 am everyday and they did not agree on a 9 am slot because they had a pre-booked massage appointment at 10 am. This is how ridiculous their service was. The hotel was clean. This place made us feel nothing but unwelcomed. They greeted the firings nicely though racists. We finally went to Daluman villas and our holiday picked up from thereon. Please don't waste your money in AlamKulkul and find a place with better staff assistance by shelling a few bucks more.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Kuta, Bali just across the beach with only the road separating it. Big rooms with all necessary amenities. Friendly and efficient staff. Decent breakfast spread and restaurant menu.

It's a beautiful property, located in the center of the city. All the main cafes and shopping center are just at a walking distance. The property is very close to the airport.
