I recently stayed at Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few highlights and one key drawback. The resort is located along a private beach, which offers an amazing view, making it a great place to relax. The swimming pool is also really good, clean, and well-maintained. The reception staff were exceptional—very polite and accommodating. They even got me into my room earlier than the standard check-in time, recognizing that I had just arrived after a 7-hour flight. This gesture was truly appreciated. The food at the resort offers a good variety, with a buffet spread and an a la carte menu. However, for Indian travelers, it’s important to note that there are no Indian food options available on the menu. The silver lining is that nearby restaurants can cater to this need, and both Grab and Gojek apps work seamlessly for food delivery and transportation around the area. The one notable issue I faced was with the availability of drinking water. The hotel only provides two small 330ml bottles per room each day. If you need more, you have to order through the restaurant, which closes at 10:30 pm. After this, there is no way to get water, even if you’re willing to pay extra. Unfortunately, this crucial piece of information wasn’t communicated at check-in. I believe that drinking water should be accessible 24/7 through housekeeping or vending machines, and the hotel should make this clear to guests upon arrival. Overall, the stay was good, and with some improvements in basic services, it could be even better.

Exterior of the property is very good with a fantastic swimming pool. Rooms are very average and the bathrooms are below average and in desperate need of an overall. I understand that the proceed are lower but would not rate it more than a 3 star property and that too duw tot the pool and the exteriors. I think the owners need to consider restoring the rooms, and on priority the bathrooms.

It was a very well located hotel with all amenities. Hotel staff was extra nice and cleanliness was very good. It is built like a 5 star hotel and with good buffet breakfast and a fantastic pool and beach view and access.

Hotel is at very good location with lot of indian restaurants at walking distance. Hotel is connected to beach which is very good, nice swimming pool. Rooms are basic and the fragrance used by hotel is very strong and irritating. Cleanliness is average to good. Stayed only for 1 night so can’t say anything more

The resort was well appointed. The property is beach facing and has a good swimming pool too. The restaurant is good with polite staff and good food. Our room had an issue due to which the management upgraded us free of charge. Overall a good place.

Great property -had a room facing swimming pool and sea (amazing combination) and on the top, i could see the sunrise from my room. Sitting in the balcony of my room in the late evening and listening to the sounds of sea waves used to provide such a soothing and pleasurable experience! a perfect location with multiple options for spa in and around hotel and plenty of water sports options! we stayed for 4 days and enjoyed thoroughly!

The resort was huge and it had private beach what we were looking for. It had big swimming pool and rooms were of good size. Resturant was big and location is very good. However during night time there were hardly any staff seen all the way from entrance to all across the resort till beach. Reception was very prompt in all actions and they helped to hire a scooter on arrival. Over all a very good stay.
