Large hotel but due to corona was largely empty, lot of walking to be at room but it is overall good, pool is nice, food was good, I give thumbs up for family trip.

Pros. 1. Very clean hotel. 2. Staff are responsive and attentive. 3. Garden and The fishes are something adults and children will enjoy. 4. Security and safety is satisfactory. Cons. 1. All doors installed in the room 211 is of poor workmanship and they don't lock properly. 2. The shower pores are blocked. 3. AC even though you set it at lowest temperature, the AC stays at around 24 to 27. 3. Bit poor location.

Helpful staff and good hotel. But our AC was not working and it was so hot. Then room service or any service takes a lot of time. So you have to wait.

Family vacation in Bali

We were in Bali for a 5-night vacation and chose to stay at the Tanjung Benoa Beach Resort and Spa in Nusa Dua. The resort is beautiful and the rooms were large, airy and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly and a couple of issues we had with the room were addressed promptly and fixed. The Tao restaurant serves good local cuisine and is reasonably priced. The Indian restaurant Roti chai serves authentic Indian food though the menu does not give you an extensive choice. The private beach of the hotel is excellent and a great place to relax. The hotel is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Depensar and it takes a good 30min by can to get there by the can. But if you like a chilled out relaxed pace, then this is the place for you. The pools in the hotel are lovely and the water was terrific. There are good dining options close by too. Wifi was good too. Definitely recommended.
Wonderful experience staying in Tanjung Benoa. Peaceful atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staffs. Clean. Good pool.

Me and my husband travelled to Bali and stayed at The Tanjung Benoa Beach Resort Bali. It was a beautiful resort half the day we can spend in the Resort garden. And also the Beach just near to the Resort. Breakfast was excellent quality, quantity and tasty.

Courteous staff and quick service. Good indian food option with veg options varieties. Would recommend to book this as peaceful stay.

All over it's very good experience with Tanjug Benoa. We have very great experience with this hotel. Hotel staff is too polite and supportive. Hotel having access to Sea view and water sport activity also near to hotel premises so it's great to be here and enjoy.

They stay was pleasant and the breakfast for amazing. But the service wasn't as it was expected to be. The AC wasn't working. The service was very bad.

Good resort. I changed 2 rooms as in my first room, bathroom tap was damaged, hence was not working while in second room AC was not working.
