Great service and staff was very much cooperative. Best part was we have reached the hotel, two hours early still the consider and let us into room. Room cleanliness and maintenance was good. All basic amenities require was provided.
Hotel was good and it was amazing staff. All the service provided is good and the way of cleaning is awesome. Thank you for providing good service.

The staff is too friendly nature and the service is also fast even if you asked them to upgrade the room without any charges for their customers and lovely food. Lovely pool

I stayed here in this hotel for 4 nights. Hotel was so good, with greenery and so nice swimming pool. Behaviour of all hotel staff was so great and all were helpful to every single guest and breakfast was so nice and delicious and I am a pure vegetarian. So here vegetarian dishes were available and they are having experienced chefs. All over, stay was so great in this hotel. Especially 'Ayu' was so helpful.
Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Overall pleasant stay. And free Airport transfer is cherry on the cake.

It was a good hotel. The staff was nice. It was located by just 10 minutes from Kuta Beach. The food and the spa in the hotel was awesome. Loved it.
