Overall a good stay. Limited breakfast spread but close proximity to the beach hence a big plus. Room was spacious and the room amenities were decent.

Overall experience was just okay because we did not get the sufficient drinking water also they just provided 1 small bottle (300. Ml) for each and i think which is not at all sufficient for a day and we asked for more water then they replied we need to pay more for extra water i think this is not the way to reply to customers even though they are charging more then other hotels to tell our experience - 1st we stayed golden tulip which gave us a good experience overall and also provided unlimited water for the whole day which in way charged us less than kbc.

Nothing for indians in breakfast only bread can be eaten
they have two wings and while booking they don't inform that booking will by default be in old wing
for money they need everything in advance even for spa, coffee in the restaurant they will first take the money and then give services

Good stay at kuta beach club hot

Our stay at kuta beach club resort was good. Hotel is at a walkable distance to kuta beach and many other good places to explore like kuta art market. Breakfast was good, but same menu was there for all 3 days of our stay.
Clean and spacious room. Prompt room service. Breakfast is buffet with many varieties, juice, cake and many more. No single item of indian breakfast but we enjoyed so much. During nusa panda we left early morning so they provide breakfast box but it is only formality. Only omelet and two bread slice with small water bottle. They should provide better breakfast or refund breakfast amount. I recommended this hotel. It is very near to kuta beach. Many indian food restaurant nearby. Very close to market for shopping. We enjoyed our stay. There are two three more hotel name with kuta hotel so be careful during booking and also during google map searching. Thank you very much to team kuta beach club hotel.
Nice hotel with good amenities. Walking distance to the kuta beach and restaurants. Rooms are spacious with all facilities. Staff is polite and very helpful. Good clean swimming pool. Nice spread of breakfast items but it didnt change much during our 5 days stay. Restaurants inside the hotel also serves the delicious food at reasonable price. Few rooms are interconnected by doors in the old wing and there could be noise from the neighbouring rooms. If you don't like this then make sure to book the room in the new wing. We had this issue and with the help of staff upgraded to the new wing.

The hotel was excellent, service was good and the staff was very polite and courteous. Breakfast was included in the package and it was also very good. The ambience of the hotel was cool as it has a pool also. So overall stay was very comfortable. Thanks *

better not take only for sleeping is good good ac and bathroom, thats it!!
The room is good..but the pool is closing at 6pm and we cannot enjoy after tour all day..this is very really disappointing and also especially for indians there is no indian food at all…

Kuta beach club hotel is a very scenic hotel with an in-house pool table and swimming pool. Rooms were clean and excellent and kuta beach is just 2-3 minutes away by walk from the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, very near to the beach and close to shopping malls. The hotel is neat and clean. The staff of the hotel is very supportive. Limited options for vegetarian people in breakfast. They charge an extra amount even if you do an hour early check-in. The pool is good. I recommend family stay but do not plan lunch and dinner if you are vegetarians. Indian food restaurant is available at walking distance.

Staff was very good and helpful. Pool was nice and clean. For vegetarian, options were not there much in the hotel but there is a very good pure veg restaurant (sattvik by nature) near to the hotel.
