Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort

The Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is situated right across the beach. We had booked a ocean front room and it was perfect. The hospitality is pretty good. The decor is classy and the swimming pool over looking the sea is just mind blowing. Every night me and my wife used to order dinner from the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort kitchen. Although the late night options are limited the taste the the quantity is pretty good. The price is pretty reasonable considering the brand name. The entire Sheraton team in Bali Kuta is very courteous. Just one observation, the room service needs to improve slightly. The bed sheet and towel needs to be changed on time and needs to be clean an crisp. Over all the entire Bali trip was very nice. I would give it an over all 7.5 - 8 out of 10. Regards

Touched by the hospitality of Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort staff to make your stay absolutely comfortable. Nice breakfast spread and offering few indian cuisines as well. Wonderful chef to take take to make offerings. Of choice to every guest very nice facilities and wonderful location to offer best sunset view with comfort of sitting on lazy chair. Excellent kids play room to offer hygienic and friendly environment for kids. Nice clean swimming pool offer wonderful view. Sheraton is right on the Kuta street facing the Beach. Don't expect a private Beach like the Hyatt and hilton but close proximity public Beach. Facilities are good. But not Worth the money we pay here. Positives are this is inside the City and can explore night life of Bali with close proximity. The rooms are neat and clean. We can't call it a Resort. It's like a business Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. Unless you have to explore the City staying in a busy place, choose any other peaceful Resort.

We had a 3 day stay at this property. The property is beautiful with amazing rooms and view. The Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is next to kuta beach and beach-walk mall. There are ample shops, buzz and crowd around the area. The food was good, they even had decent vegetarian options as well. One problem at the location is that there is a long line of traffic near the area and getting in and out of the location might get a bit time consuming. Apart from that the stay was awesome!

Just there are lizards all around the wall outside the room on the walls, overall the experience was satisfactory and the staff was friendly and nice. Its beside the mall basically and infront of the beach. At night, you will find some people selling drugs outside near the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort which i would consider a little bit unsafe to walk alone late at night on the street. Be careful! overall the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is extremely safe and good !

The location of the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is perfect with the beach walk mall next to it and several good eating joints around and on top of it the Kuta beach right in front . The breakfast spread was very good and the reception staff were very co operative
It was an awesome and relaxing stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta Indonesia loved the staff behavior and extended hospitality.

We had a great vacation staying at she ton. The local markets, the beach and the beach walk mall is right next door. The beach is just about 100 my away. U can walk on the beach day and night and can have a beautiful view from the room or the pool as u like. The food is good and fresh.
The view from the room was splendid. Could see the sea right from the comfort of our room.

We stayed for two nights and on first night were upgraded to suite. The rooms are very good and kept well. Breakfast is buffet and plenty of variety catering all. There is section for Indian needs. The Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort provides towel for going to beach which can be collected from pool. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. Overall we enjpyed the stay.

Location is good right to Kuta beach, breakfast buffet have Indian options they have infants food also and staff is very much cooperative.

The property was excellent, cleanliness and hospitality was top notch. It’s way more beautiful than photos, we are pure vegetarians and Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort staff even sent their chef to make us vegan Indian dishes. Simply put, the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is in main location of kuta with access to beachwalk mall and famous kuta beach.

1. We had a smooth check in. 2. Refreshing Welcome drink awaited us. 3. My son loved the bath tub. 4. The view from the balcony was nice. 5. The room was cosy and well done up. 6. The food was reasonably priced and even my son, who is a fussy eater, loved it. 7. The amenities were too good and the beach was easily accessible.

I thought it was a really good stay, enjoyed ourselves a lot, the staff was wonderful and attentive. Really well located with tastefully done up suites. I think it was an excellent decision to go ahead and book this place. Great finale to our vacation and I also recommend their spa.

Check in time should be more moderate. Second time I used Sheraton Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort but both of the time some issue like cleanliness Sheraton Hong Kong or check in. Apart from this the location is very nice. Sunset view is very beautiful. And hospitality is also awesome.

I like the location. It is perfect. Staff were amazing and great hospitality. As, I am vegetarian so the variety for vegetarians were very less.

It has good amount of hot water stored very good design of bathrooms beach was right in front of us shopping mall was well connected with the mall. They earlier charged milk for the kid but when I told them they removed all the charges overall it was a good experience

We stayed for five days in the ocean view rooms at sheraton kuta. The view from the room and the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort lounge was to die for. Excellent service and hospitality with a great breakfast buffet. Absolutely recommended!

Situated at kuka beach (less than 1 minute walk ) with excellent food options for indian vegetarians within Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort and many indian restaurants within a radius of 5 km.

I stayed for 2 days here, I liked everything about Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort apart from its one way structure which resulted in lots of walking.

This property is an excellent property for a shopper however it is not ocean front. It's infront of the ocean but the ocean front rooms can be categorised as ocean view at best.
