    Room size, cleanliness and heating, all were excellent. Location is very good from connectivity point of view. Staff was helpful and polite.

    The room was clean and cosy. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location of the hotel was at a 10 min walk from the Bayswater tube station. Overall a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful in assisting the location and guiding for the places to visit in London.
