felipe.familyNov 28, 2024 This place is amazing, with that being said, service needs a big improvement, not sure it it was because it was off season, but we had the hardest time to get anyone to check us in, staff kept walking by and ignoring us, throughout the whole stay I felt like I was bothering the staff that was walking around by just being there, constant bad looks towards us, while we walked around, the “hotel’ itself it amazing, you’ll love it, rooms were great, amazing views, restaurant food was great and breakfast, the service and willingness to help was the only let down for me. Front desk was nice once you got them to stop and notice you, honestly I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Beautiful property close enough to Florence. Dinner was delicious
An amazing stay overall! Other than the spotty wifi that might had to do with where our room was located, the property is a lovely getaway from busy city life, and the restaurant served wonderful breakfast and dinner options.
I especially want to shout out to the staff who have been very kind throughout our entire stay. On the day we arrived, it started pouring rain and our car wasn't able to make it up the driveway due to the back wheels slipping on the gravel. The staff not only gave me an umbrella and tried out the car with me to figure out the problem, but offered to drive the car back to a parking spot once the rain had stopped and walked me back to the room to keep me shielded from the rain. Additionally, when I accidentally left my car lights on and the car was parked at a parking spot further away from the main property, one of the staff drove me out there on their cart because it was dark out. It's been a while since I felt sincerity from any property staff so this made our trip just that much better.
What a brilliant place to stay at, this property is beautiful, it’s comfy and our pooches were welcomed even at dinner 👌The team are lovely and I would be back in a heartbeat.

costantino d.Oct 05, 2023 The grounds of this place are amazing! The room was nothing special but served it’s purpose for a clean space to take a shower and sleep overnight. The restaurant serves some of the best pasta I’ve had in Italy. The pool and hot tub were perfect for an afternoon after visiting the city.

Great view of Tuscan valley, quite, great staff that very helpful.
The property is quaint and the views are incredible. The main pool area is relaxing and very well kept. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed dinner at the onsite restaurant. The room was cute, but not as expected. I reserved a room with a terrace, which i did not receive. The front desk did not give us the air conditioner controller at check in and our room was next to the restaurant kitchen - it was incredibly noisy until about 11:30 pm and so warm, making it difficult to sleep. The front desk closes at 7 pm so we were not able to address any of this that evening. We received the AC controller the next morning and the restaurant was closed, so we decided not to make an issue of it because everything else was really great.
A beautiful location in the Tuscan hillside.
Fabulous position, just out side Florence, but very rural. Two lovely pools. The room is a bit tired, but take into account it’s a working farm and , maybe it’s acceptable.
There isn’t really any service as such, the beds are made, room cleaned, but they don’t have wash glasses, replace soaps so only average.
The food /wine dinner option is excellent, but again the service is average at best. Also, book a table you would like, otherwise, as we discovered, many are booked by the time you arrive.
The grounds are beautiful and the maintenance is excellent, the views are awesome.
It’s not a hotel really, but a beautiful place to stay.
The location is great and the views are nice, the pool was also very relaxing. Our check in hostess offered little help for local recommendations. There were also two events held on the property we were not told about which resulted in us having to park down the hill and many loud guests for the event. We had loud guests staying above us as well and could hear their children, dogs, etc. very easily. For the price it’s not bad but I would choose a different location next time.
Very nice agriturismo, great service and friendly people. The local restaurant was also great.

Very pleasant stay and the restaurant was superb. Love the bottomless glass of Chianti.
Office efficiency could be a tad better but then again this is Italy. Would recommeand to our friends and certainly go back.

Nous sommes assez mitigés sur cet Agriturismo.
Le lieu est bien entretenue. Les piscines sont parfaites avec même un petit jacuzzi. Malheureusement pour le côté « Agriturismo », les propositions de vin et d’huile ne sont pas mis en avant.
La chambre était très petite et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien.
Le petit déjeuner était pas super même s’il y avait l’essentiel.
Posto bellissimo, camera pulita, ristorante ottimo.
We only stayed one day, but we were so pleased that we decided to reschedule to be able to come back again. This might be the best place in Tuscany! 😀
