The bed was so hard it was no better than sleeping on the floor. I have never had hip pain before in my entire life until sleeping in the bed here. My partner and I both had to take tylenol, and by the third night could not sleep at all. My arms would go numb trying to sleep on my side. My back ached sleeping on my back. I am someone who prefers a very firm mattress at home, and this was too much for me. I would love to say everything else was nice but the pain is too much to get past.
Location is convenient, safe, Cafeterias restaurants are nearby, room is small, there was hardly any storage space, wish if they were extra shelf where things can be placed

The place was very nice and comfortable. And the location was the best, very close to the Colosseum, the Termini Station, Fontana di Trevi. Everything was perfect because of the great service we had. Valentina makes everything great for us. She was always in contact with us and she always replied back when you get in contact with her. She was always very friendly, professional and very well known when you asked for help. I have to say she is the best.
Room is small and bed is very hard
The only good things for this accommodation it is near the main train terminal and has many restaurants nearby. Downside are the room is outdated and small. Bed is hard. At night is very noisy, can can hear cars passing by and people shouting.

BUT, if you don't get the check-in instructions/steps a day prior, you will have a hard time finding it, as these suites are in a commercial building at the second floor (you need a code to open these steel doors to then climb up stairs and find the suites/front desk).
The reason why I am giving it 3-stars is because main door thing is inconvenient, we got locked outside for two hours, in the street, at 11 PM!!! We couldn't get in because the electronic lock was jammed. We tried contacting them and the front desk lady leaves at 5 PM so no one could help us (texted them and nobody answered, not even the next day). Then, this guy that lives in one of the rooms/floors had a key and manually opened it for us and saved us.
The rooms are nice but the beds are really uncomfortable. They’re like sleeping on a plywood. Getting into the building and check in area was really unorthodox. Once inside the suites, they were really nice. They had AC which was amazing!

The place is really good and the room excellent. The only issue is the noise. No double glazing availalble and stoppers needed if you want to sleep. Other than that is very good.
We liked everything,except the fact that it was very difficult to find it.There is no sign to mark that you are at the right property.I understand that they are not allowed to do so,but I stayed 10 minutes outside in the 35 degrees Celsius with my child after a long flight to find the right door that was mentioned in the instructions.Otherwise,the room was clean and comfortable.We recommend it.
tasnia.partnerAug 01, 2024 The only positive thing about the property was the location, it was about a 15-20min walk to nearby attractions. Didn’t look like the pictures. The apartment was very tiny, had minimal space to keep luggage and we were tiptoeing around our things. The bathroom was very tight with zero space to keep toiletries. We instantly regretted booking this apartment as soon as we walked in :(

We would not stay here again and would definitely recommend you book elsewhere. We spent two nights and really wanted to like it after our first night. It was updated, clean and modern, as well as a good price. Our biggest issue was the lack of support from the hotel itself. We returned back to our room on a 36 degree day, turned on the air conditioner and it did not work. We texted, called, used their WhatsApp chat and did not receive a response until the next day at 10am (15hrs later). Their text reply simply stated that reception was now open and how could they help (really!?!?). Having now read other reviews, I see they have numerous complaints from other guests with similar issues. Needless to say, we did not sleep in that heat and open windows didn't help. Which leads me to the next issue: the room is very loud. Even with the windows closed, they must not seal well because it sounded as though they were always open. The street is very busy and has a night club with thumping music (at least on the weekends). We slept with earplugs. The entrance is very tricky to find, as there is no address on the doors - should you still choose to book after reading this review, the entrance is beside a Thai massage parlour (legit and not seedy). Had all the issues not occurred, we would have given them a 4/5. I would now give them 1/5. Why go into the hospitality sector and not be hospitable?

The biggest complaint is the front of the property is not identified by any name plate/placard/sign that reflects the building is the actual property. It was very difficult to locate upon arrival. We prefer a front desk that is staffed and this was staff for limited hours (we knew that going in). The staff was helpful with all questions and attempted to help us when we arrived as our luggage had been lost (although this was not their job and greatly appreciated), but was not great at follow through and I had to continue to follow-up which was frustrating. The room was small but served its purpose. The room was clean and organized well. The property felt safe as there was a key less entry required for entry into the rooms area. The property is close enough for walking to several restaurants and shopping. The front desk was very helpful in calling taxi's for us. There is a bit of street noise in the evening hours but nothing that was too bothersome. In the morning when business hours begin, the noise increases again, but again, nothing too bothersome.
