The room I stay was very clean and the toilet as well. Shower towels they’re all new and clean. Workers are nice and attend to me in good manner. Breakfast is nice.

We really loved staying here because
Hotel Nardizzi is approximately at the center of Ancient Rome and we came to see all of these sights. The entrance leads to several properties within the same building. This hotel is on the fourth floor. The elevator is very small. The guest reception was very courteous and the entire staff worked extremely hard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room had an electric conservation feature so that when the key card was removed the room powers down completely. The Hotel Nardizzi guest staff showed us how to operate the European style air conditioner/ heater. Optional breakfast was available every morning (cereal. Milk, juice, fresh fruit, prosciutto, cheese, tomatoes, bread, coffee, cappuccino, espresso….) My wife and I took full advantage of this option to save a lot of Euros on our trip. =)
Hidden gem in a nice building.
A/C nor heater were turned on, the reception desk said it is usually this way during this time of the year, the room itself was in good condition and clean. TV was dated, would like a bit more light in the bathroom, other than that accommodations were good.
The breakfast was superv for the cost, very generous and a plus of this hotel.
The service was great, night shift manager was very pleasent, helpful and went out of his way several times with answering questions and helping us understand the public transportation system. He deserves a raise.
The staff was welcoming and truly helpful upon request. The bed was comfortable, and the room spacious enough and served me well. Bathroom was newly renovated and clean. Breakfast was decent for a quick pick me up and go. Location was very convenient to train station, a 17 minute walk, and the historic district was a comfortable 20 minutes by foot. Highly recommended as an clean, quiet, convenient and affordable place to stay in the world's most beautiful city.
The night manager was awesome. We will come back
The location was good and not far from some of the major attractions in Rome. The building is pretty old and there was a church within the same building, so you could hear some noises.
There was more than one hotel in the same building, and the front desk was on the fourth floor, so each floor of the hotel was accessible by anyone, which did not make me feel safe.
Great customer service and I like that there is 24/7 front desk. Beds are quite uncomfortable though and the only blanket provided is very thin. Bathroom was clean but had a terrible odour. No safe provided in the room even though it is listed in the room amenities. Most likely would not stay here again (even though location is great and central to most things).
perla.partnerOct 07, 2024 It’s a beautiful vintage property if you’re into that but it lacks so many amenities- marbled shower is too slippery and there’s no grab bars, it’s too dark not enough lighting, not enough hooks to hang towels etc, the lone soap tray is slanted and won’t hold soaps shampoos etc. Very inconvenient. And the property is inconsiderate about refunds even if it’s for a valid reason. But want to say the male staff esp Mario is very customer friendly and corteous.

I liked the location of the hotel; it was central to tourist attractions and shopping and dining. The breakfast was very good. The room had the basics; the bathroom was very good.
For someone that doesn't like elevators. I had to take stairs till i reached the 4rth floor.
Pleasant and accommodating staff.
The breakfast is worth adding.
Secure rooms. Nice open air passage-ways for enjoying the weather. Quiet rooms. No one violating smoking rules like some hotels in this price range. I’ll be back again.
