    We had stayed at this list venice property and thought this would be nice too. However it was the opposite. Room had some weird smell. The staff wasn’t at the front desk were non cooperative. However the house keeping staff were receptive and well behaved. However not going to stay at this property ever. Big downer

    Enjoyed staying in the hotel. Very centrally located about 15 minutes walk from the Spanish steps. The hotel staff was very polite and courteous. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast included in the package was great. On the whole a good experience!
