    Very bad maintenance - you never sell these properties. Location is best - don’t go for breakfast with the hotel - just opposite you for seasons - have a wonderful spread - cost less than nizza charges - they don’t get you taxi too / we managed it through for seasons - they don’t operate ac -

    Only plus is the location Staff not helpful Breakfast had pork which is haram in Islam and repeated request for alternate was ignored They could not arrange for coffee in room only black tea Same reason given that as it is a 3 star this is it
